I would suggest going closer to when they open. I went later in the afternoon, and it wasn’t much left. But, I saw this guy taking out loads of baked goods. A true bakery.
We tried Papas egg bread at another store and we liked it so much we looked them up and decided to to check out their store. Located on Howell just south of the airport, easy to get to.
The shop is small, but they always have a great selection, not a huge selection, but great!
I highly recommend that you go early for the best selection. They put out fresh product daily but it's not restocked throughout the day, they start over and make new again after they close.
Various breads, rolls, buns, donuts, deserts (some items we've seen are cookies, brownies, strudels, cinnamon rolls - it's been a little different each time we go in), our son's favorite item is the cinnamon swirl bread.
There's a rack where everything on it is $1.
Customer service is fantastic. Love chatting with the owner.

So, I've never been here before today. There wasn't very much to choose from honestly. Definitely doesn't look, the way the picture portrays it to. Although, the items they do have, are extremely fresh. I will definitely visit again, and maybe they'll have more to offer, at another time. Was clean and the woman behind the counter was hospitable.

*I ordered 6 dozen assorted donuts to treat my coworkers. They packed up 6 each of 12 different kinds for me. They were oh so delicious, super fresh, and ready on time. They were also inexpensive for the fantastic quality.
It was definitely a happy workplace that day!
